Kari Crowley

Kari Crowley has 15 years of experience in the fields of organizational learning & development and human resources within the banking, semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries.

Most recently, Kari serves as a member of the steering committee for the Biotech Organizational Learning and Development (BOLD) professional organization. In this role, Kari partners with other Human Resource leaders throughout the San Francisco Bay Area to create a professional organization that promotes a business and regulatory environment which fosters development and growth with the pharmaceutical industry.

Kari received her B.A. in Communication Studies, with a minor in Fine Arts, from the University of Iowa. Her graduate work includes an M.A. in Organizational Communication Studies from California State University, Chico. She has participated in the University of Michigan’s Executive M.B.A. program focusing on Strategic Human Resource Planning and has completed a coaching certification from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara. Kari has also served on the educational review boards for San Jose State University and San Jose City College continuing education programs.

Currently, Kari is a Ph.D. student at the Fielding Graduate University completing a Masters in Human Development and a Doctorate in Human and Organizational Development. She maintains professional associate with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the OD Network, and is ACC certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
