Kathleen Stinnett is a senior advisor and consultant to LeaderMetrix bringing over 15 years of experience working with individuals and organizations to improve effectiveness, enhance fulfillment, and create sustainable change and results. A dynamic speaker and facilitator, she focuses on helping others make courageous choices and intentional changes.
Kathleen joined Zenger | Folkman as a Senior Consultant in 2003. In her role, Kathleen facilitates programs, assists clients in implementing leadership development efforts, and serves as a master trainer.
Ms. Stinnett received her M.S. in Training and Development from the University of Houston and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Boulder. In 2000, Kathleen completed a professional coaching certification program with the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara. She has received recognition as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coaching Federation.
From 1993 – 2000, Kathleen was a Business Solutions Consultant with Wilson Learning Corporation, where she led teams to create, produce, and implement performance solutions for Fortune 500 organizations. In 2000, Kathleen founded FutureLaunch, providing professional coaching and training and development solutions to individuals and organizations.
Current clients include Amgen, Applebee’s International, ConocoPhillips, DuPont, General Mills, Merck, Sandia National Labs, and San Diego County.
